Create web forms to embed into your website to get subscribers directly added to the contact list.

List Web Forms

Here you see the list of all web forms that you have created so far.

Fields

Field	Description
Name	Friendly name of the web form for identification
Double Optin	Subscribers are required to confirm their email addresses
Thankyou Email	Send a thankyou email to subscribers
Added On	Date when this webform was created
Actions	Edit: Edit this webform Get HTML: View the HTML codes of this webform to be copied Open Form: Open webform in a popup Download: Download the webform to HTML Make a Copy: Duplicate this webform Delete: Delete this webform

Add Web Form

Click on the [+Add New] button to add a new webform.

Step 1: DetailsFields:

Field	Type	Description
Name	Textbox	Friendly name of the webform
Double Optin	Switch	Enable this switch if you want to add new subscribers with unconfirmed status. Mumara will send them an instant confirmation link by email before their status will be updated to confirm. Double Optin Off! Keeping the switch off will add the new subscribers as confirmed contacts and email verification will not be required
Thankyou Email	Switch	Enable if you want to send a thankyou email to the new subscribers
Email New Contact Details To	Textbox	Insert the email address where you want to receive the notifications upon new subscribers
Email Content Format	Dropdown	Select which version of the email Mumara should send to the new subscribers. Or allow subscribers to decide themselves
Duplicates	Dropdown	Select if you want to skip the duplicate subscribers or overwrite them with the new details
Sending Node	Radio	Select the sending node that will be responsible to send welcome/confirmation email to the subscribers
Contact List	Radio/Checkboxes	Select the contact list (and the fields) that will catch the new subscribers
Subscription Fields	Drag & Drop	Sort the fields to match with the desired output of the webform

Step 2: Confirmation

Depending upon the selection in Step 1, if you have disabled the double optin option, then this step will be bypassed. If Enabled, you'll see the below output

Redirect Subscriber To	Radio	Show Confirmation Page: Redirect subscriber to Mumara's built-in confirmation page Redirect to another Webpage: Insert the Webpage URL where you want to redirect subscriber after the webform is filled
Confirmation Page Content	HTML Editor	The content that you want your subscriber to see after the subscription form is filled Note: This content will be visible if you have chosen "Show Confirmation Page" on the above selection
Insert Variables	Dropdown	Insert the variables from the list of options
Sender Name	Textbox	The name from which confirmation email will be sent
Sender Email	Email Address	The email address that the email will appear to be sent from
Reply-to Email	Email Address	Insert the email address where you want to get the replies (in case if a subscriber replies)
Email Subject	Textbox	The subject line of the confirmation email
Confirmation Email HTML Content	HTML Editor	The HTML content of the confirmation email Confirmation Link: Make sure that your email content has the confirmation URL variable i.e. %%confirmurl%%
Insert Variables	Dropdown	Insert the variables from the list of options
Confirmation Email Text Content	Textarea	The Text content of the confirmation email

Step 3: Thank You

Set the Thankyou page and email content

Fields:

Redirect Subscriber To	Radio	Show Thankyou Page: Show Mumara's built-in Thankyou Page Take to another Webpage: Take the subscriber to another webpage after subscription
Thankyou Page Content	HTML Editor	The content that you want your subscriber to see after subscription completion
Sender Name	Textbox	The name from which the thank you email will be sent
Sender Email	Email Address	The email address that the thank you email will appear to be sent from
Reply-to Email	Email Address	Insert the email address where you want to get the replies (in case if a subscriber replies)
Email Subject	Textbox	The subject line of the thank you email
Email HTML Content	HTML Editor	The HTML content of the thank you email
Insert Variables	Dropdown	Insert the variables from the list of options
Email Text Content	Textarea	The Text content of the thank you email

Step 4: Error

In case of an error occurred, do optional settings.

Field	Type	Description
Redirect To	Radio	Show Error Page: Show Mumara's built-in Error Page Redirect to another Webpage: Insert the webpage URL where you want to redirect the subscriber upon an error
Error Page Content	HTML Editor	The content that will be shown to the subscriber in case of an error. (If "Show Error Page" option is selected above)
