Manage the global application settings, things like database details, current installation path, and the IP address of the server, time zone, and other related settings. Click the page “Application Settings” located under “Settings” towards the bottom of the left navigational menu. The page will offer you the ability to manage application settings on three levels, discussed as follows.
The details of the fields in the section are discussed in the table, followed by the image below.

Domain URL | This refers to the path of the current installation of the application. Make sure you have provided the complete installation path. |
Current Server IP | Provide the IP address of the installation server, installation server refers to the server using which you have installed/hosted the application. |
GEO Track | GEO tracking field carries a dropdown with two options to enable and disable GEO-specific tracking of the opens and clicks. Make your selection from the dropdown and proceed. But to make any selection work for your application, make sure you have subscribed to the Geo Tracking Addon of Mumara. |
Delete Stats Days | Mention the figure after which you want the application to automatically delete/remove the stats. |
Time Zone | Select the time zone for the application, selected time zone will have an effect on the scheduled tasks such as time of the auto-responders, trigger based email campaigns, automatic bounce processing, and other scheduled tasks related to the maintenance of the application. However, to manage the time zone for the individual accounts other than the admin/parent account, you’ll have the ability to select different time zone while creating the new user accounts. |
Notification Email | It will work as a default email that will be used to notify the admin about certain actions performed or completed by the application. When you create the content for the "Notification Emails" for certain actions, the email that you will provide in this field appears under the "Notify Admin" option, if selected the "Notify Admin" option as "Yes". Another email can however be selected to notify the admin when creating the content of the notification email. |
Allowed IPs | Limit the access to login to a number of provided IPs only. No IP will be able to login to the application, other than the list of comma-separated IPs that you will provide in this list. If you don't want to put the IP restriction, keep this field empty. Make sure that this IP restriction will also apply to the user accounts that you create using the user management module. So be careful when providing the number of IPs. |
Unsubscribe Email | It has become a standard practice to have your list unsubscribe header included with both Email Based (mailto) and Link Based (HTTP) unsubscribe methods. Providing an unsubscribed email in this field will include this email into your header and will conclude your list unsubscribe header with both mailto and link-based unsubscribe methods. However, keeping this field empty without any email will end up by providing only link based method in list unsubscribe header. |
The section allows applying email sending limits globally, and individual user accounts won't be able to send more than the email limits defined in these fields, no matter their User's Role Group allows them to send more than this.

Monthly Email Limit | Restrict the application by limiting the number of maximum monthly emails. Make sure as these are the global application settings using the admin account, therefore exceeding the monthly email limit stated in the field, would not be possible for the individual user account. Type -1 for unlimited emails monthly. For example, if the top-level application settings are restricting to send more than 100,000 emails monthly, the individual user account monthly sending limit can’t be set to more than 100,000, it would be under 100,000 as per global application settings. |
Daily Email Limit | Works the same as described above for “Monthly Email Limit’, limit the daily sending by providing the maximum number of emails allowed, and type -1 for unlimited emails. |
Hourly Email Limit | Works the same as described above for “Monthly Email Limit", limit the hourly sending by providing the maximum number of emails allowed, and type -1 for unlimited emails. |
This section of the page requires filling with the database details of the current installation

Database Host | Provide the path to the database of the current installation. This refers to the physical location of the database, if the database is hosted with the same server, it would be localhost. If the database is hosted remotely, provide the IP address of that remote server. |
Database Name | Name of the database. |
Database Username | Username which you have assigned to access the database. |
Database Password | Password associated with the above username to access the database. |
