Admin would need to monitor the broadcasts sent from the client accounts, to keep a record of few important aspects. The key among these aspects is the Failure and Success rates of broadcasts sent by the clients. It helps to identify text message spam by keeping a watch on the percentage of failure messages in specific broadcasts sent through client accounts. The following area discusses the information that the table provides to help the admin manage the application with a proactive approach.
Admin Main Navigation -> Statistics -> Broadcasts
Serial number is the set pattern that every table across the application follows. It shows the serial number of records in the table.
Client Name
It is showing the name of the client from whose account the broadcast was scheduled.
Schedule Label
When client accounts schedule SMS broadcast, labels appear as a mandatory field to complete the process of scheduling. So here you will find out under which schedule label the client has actually scheduled a specific broadcast from his/her account.
Broadcast Name
When a client account creates the message content using Create Broadcast, the name appears as the first mandatory field to fill. So it shows the broadcast that was being sent for a specific schedule label in the previous column.
List
The broadcast was scheduled to be sent to the contacts saved within the list that appears here. It can be one or multiple lists as per the selection of the client.
Scheduled Time
The date and time when a specific broadcast was scheduled to be sent out.
Scheduled
A total number of contacts specific broadcasts was scheduled for.
Sent
Out of the total scheduled in the previous row, the message has successfully been sent to these numbers of contacts.
Failed
A number of contacts failed to receive the message.
Advanced Stats

Filter by Client Name
This filter offers the ability to view statistics of specific client’s campaigns. To apply this filter all you need to do is to select the client name. The suggestion box support would help you find it quickly from the list.
Stats Table, Available Filters, Reports...
On the next screen after clicking to an advanced icon from the “Actions” column, you will see a summary of the Broadcast and a pie-chart on the right side of your screen. The summary section offers some general information with regard to the specific Broadcast that includes information like selected Contact List(s) and Broadcast, Scheduled Date & Time, Date & Time when the sending process of the broadcast was finished, and other information about the total number of scheduled, processed, sent and failed contacts.
The right side pie-chart populates two values, “Delivered” percentage of the specific Broadcast and “Failed” percentage. If the client has selected the list(s) that he earlier has validated through the contact validation function, the "Delivered" slice of the pie-chart would likely to dominate the other slice that shows the “Failed” percentage of the broadcast. This happens because the validation holds a sophisticated mechanism to manage the List and Contacts with a goal to maintain high delivery rates and to keep failures as low as insignificant.

Next to the Summary tab on the Advanced Stats page, the log table can be accessed.
